Mount Pleasant PD have released dashcam video showing a suspect steal a police car before crashing in a backyard. The suspect, Philip Sprouse was arrested last weekend but decided to ramp up his charges even more. He was subsequently taken to jail and faces serious charges including burglary, possession of a stolen vehicle, escape and grand larceny. Posted By Persist
