An 18-year-old woman will face a judge after police said she shot and killed a man and his pregnant girlfriend during a robbery.
Shelby Isaac is charged with three counts of first-degree murder.
EJ Tate and Edwina Thomas were killed in January 2016. Family and friends said Tate and his cousin run a business called VirginHair4US.com. They believe Isaac and a suspected accomplice, Victoria Seay, knew Tate and may have bought hair from him before.
Family and friends believe the bundles of hair, valued at up to $250 each, may have been the motive for the murders.
