Are detained migrants being told to drink out of the toilets? That's what Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez of New York says is happening at a facility in Clint, Texas. Video taken from inside the facility shows several disheveled women in a cell wrapped in sleeping bags, and they claim they were "denied showers for up to 15 days" and told to get their drinking water from the toilets.
