Beetlejuice Beetlejuice is an upcoming American fantasy horror comedy film directed by Tim Burton from a screenplay by the writing team of Alfred Gough and Miles Millar, based on a story by Seth Grahame-Smith. A sequel to Beetlejuice (1988) and the second film in the franchise, it stars Michael Keaton, Winona Ryder, and Catherine O'Hara reprising their roles from the first movie, alongside new cast members Jenna Ortega, Justin Theroux, Monica Bellucci, and Willem Dafoe.
