A Flagler County deputy had to use his patrol car to stop a suspected wrong-way drunk driver on U.S. 1 on Monday. The driver, later identified as Timothy Toporek, handed the deputy his debit card when the deputy asked for his driver's license. The suspect also told first responders the year was 1993 and Obama was president. Before heading to jail, deputies say he urinated on himself.
