A body was found wrapped in plastic on the roof of a Bronx McDonald’s Wednesday morning. Officers arrived to find a man, unconscious and unresponsive, wrapped within a plastic bag. He was pronounced dead at the scene. His identity has not been released. The circumstances of the discovery were not immediately clear.
