Nelly In Hot Water: Da Banggaz 314 Are Planning To Sue Nelly For His New Song "Stepped On My J's" (Did He Steal This Song? You Be The Judge)
Demetrius Cannon reports: "Atlantic Records/7Fourteen Entertainment recording artist's "Da Banggaz314" are not to happy with Nelly's new song Featuring, Jermaine Dupri & Ciara titled "Stepped On My J's".
Da Banggaz 314 are now seeking a copyright infringement/defamation lawsuit against Nelly, Universal Records, & Derrty Entertainment.
Being signed to Atlantic Records since 2006 Da Banggaz314 debut single "Ain't No" received remarkable radio spins as well as paid shows in countless markets (Memphis, Florida, South Carolina, Kentucky, Birmingham, Miami, Nashville, Jackson, St.louis, Chicago, etc.) all over the mid-west, south, & southeast, respectfully. Da Banggaz314 showcased their skills on the Sceam Tour in 2007 as well.
"Don't Step On My J's" leaked on their debut mixtape titled "The New St. Louis" in may 2006. The exceptional feedback from "J's" provoked Atlantic to add the record to their single cd's, vinyl, & other promo materials.
Not only are Da Banggaz314 the hottest trio from St. Louis Mo., their apart of "The New St. Louis" movement that lead to nelly being boycotted in his own neighborhood.

The whole st. louis knows he stole our concept. We can't even go out in public without someone saying, what's up with nelly taking ya'll song? It's just to close to home not to be true. Even the djs that we gave cds & vinyl deny they even heard the song now.
