A tightrope performer is being treated in hospital after falling 5m (16ft) during a circus event in East Sussex.

South East Coast Ambulance Service (Secamb) said it was called to Glyne Gap Field in Bexhill at 16:45 BST on Monday to "reports a person had fallen from height".

A Secamb spokesperson said the woman's injuries "did not appear to be life-threatening".

Gravity Circus said its "primary concern" was the wellbeing of the performer and it was conducting a "thorough" investigation.

An air ambulance also attended.

Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost announced Wednesday that the criminal charges filed against NewsNation reporter Evan Lambert have been dismissed.

The Ohio Attorney Generalâ€™s Special Prosecutions Section was appointed by the Columbiana County Prosecuting Attorney to handle the charges filed in Columbiana County Municipal Court.

"My office has reviewed the relevant video and documentary evidence, and is dismissing the charges against Evan Lambert as unsupported by sufficient evidence," Yost said in a statement.

"While journalists could conceivably be subject to criminal charges for trespassing in some situations, this incident is not one of them. The reporter was lawfully present at a press conference called by the Governor of the state. His conduct was consistent with the purpose of the event and his role as a reporter," he said. CHELSEA, Manhattan (PIX11) â€” Thieves on motorized bikes rode up to a man in Chelsea and stole a Rolex watch from his wrist in a robbery caught on surveillance video. 
 
The robbery happened in front of 208 West 23rd Street around 12:50 p.m. Friday, according to the NYPD. 
 
The 64-year-old victim was walking on the sidewalk when three robbers â€” two on a dirt bike and one on a moped â€” rode up and stopped next to the man. One of the men hopped off the dirt bike and grabbed the Rolex from the victimâ€™s wrist, pushing him to the ground, the surveillance video showed. 
 
The thieves then rode away east on West 23rd Street and then south in Seventh Avenue, police said. The NYPD has not arrested any suspects. Posted by JR
