DESCRIPTION
Ena Matsuoka, a member of the J-pop group Tenshi Sukin Nuken Naomi, posted a selfie back in 2019 and a stalker named Hibiki Sato zoomed into her pupils to find the faint outline of a train station. He cross-referenced the windows on Google Street View, then used the angle of the sunlight on her face to figure out which floor her apartment was on. He waited at the station, followed her, dragged her into a corner and molested her outside her Tokyo home. He got 2.5 years. Japanese fans are now calling for greater protection of female idols after similar attacks on Maho Yamaguchi and Mayu Tomita, who was stabbed repeatedly by a fan in 2016.
