LABOR WITH NO LABOR HELP Two Black Moms In Active Labor Allegedly Denied Care… One Gave Birth In A Car, The Other Delivered Minutes After Being Left Waiting!

Two separate families in Texas and Indiana are demanding answers after two Black women in active labor were allegedly dismissed or ignored by hospital staff.

In Texas, a mother says her daughter was screaming that the baby was coming — yet was left in a waiting area for more than 30 minutes, giving birth just 12 minutes after finally being moved.

In Indiana, another woman was reportedly pushed out of Franciscan Health Crown Point while clearly in labor… only to give birth in the family’s truck on the side of the road minutes later. Her husband says she was refused care and told she “wasn’t far enough along.”

Both families call the treatment negligent and believe racial bias played a role — especially as Black maternal mortality rates remain some of the highest in the country.
