Commentary via Mysterious 7 on Youtube | On January 18, 2020, in Clayton County, Georgia, Vincent Taylor was fatally stabbed in the neck by his wife, Tempest Cymone Daniel, during a domestic dispute. Following the altercation, Taylor managed to drive to a gas station in DeKalb County, where he was found gravely injured. He was transported to Grady Memorial Hospital but, unfortunately, succumbed to his injuries.
During the investigation, authorities discovered an audio recording on Taylor's phone in which Daniel threatened to harm him. This evidence played a significant role in the case against her. In December 2023, Daniel was convicted of malice murder, aggravated assault, and family violence. She was subsequently sentenced to life in prison with the possibility of parole after 30 years. The case was later featured in an episode of Investigation Discovery's "American Monster," titled "Tempest," which delved into the circumstances surrounding Taylor's death and the subsequent legal proceedings. |
