WPBF Reports: "Seven-year-old Latarian Milton, accompanied by a seven-year-old friend, takes his grandmother's Dodge Durango on an eight-minute joyride. Ted White reports for WPBF 25 of West Palm Beach, Florida.

Milton: "I took my grandma car because I got mad at my mom. And then I [unintelligible] had my friend come in. And he smokes with cigarettes."

Milton: "I wanna do it 'cause it's fun. It's fun to do bad things — and drive into a car."
Reporter: "Did you know that you could perhaps kill somebody?"
Milton: "Yes, but I wanted to do hoodrat stuff for my friend."

Reporter: "You don't think you should be punished for all of this?"
Milton: "Just a little bit — no video games for a whole weekend."

Police officer: "You understand that now your grandma's gonna have to pay to have those cars fixed because you hit those cars."
Milton: "Can my mom help her?"
