"Sean Kingston, best known for his “Beautiful Girls” hit, ran out of federal court on Friday morning in Fort Lauderdale. A driver helped him get into a black Cadillac Escalade.

The Jamaican-American artist, born Kisean Anderson, was on probation for trafficking in stolen property when a Miami federal grand jury indicted him and his mother, Janice Turner, for wire fraud as part of a scheme estimated at $1 million.

Turner also ran away from the courthouse after the federal arraignment. She was making obscene gestures at photojournalists before she got into a Mercedes-Maybach S-Class sedan.

According to federal prosecutors, the duo was indicted because they “unjustly enriched themselves by falsely representing that they had executed bank wire or other monetary payment transfers as payment for vehicles, jewelry, and other goods.”

They had been accused of fraud before. In 2006, Turner pleaded guilty to bank fraud and served about a year and 6 months in prison. The new case includes Bank of America and First Republic Bank. Da Unknown - Akshudra's Property [Unsigned Artist]

There is a trail in Ontario, Canada that the local mountain bikers call Devil's Drop. It's a thrilling two minute descent through switchbacks and hairpin curves. It offers impossibly steep, banking sections that test a rider's ability to hang on to the handlebars and lean into the curves. Rock sections appear in front of the bikers and then end abruptly, launching riders momentarily into the air before they drop down onto the hard packed dirt for the next descent. The trees whiz past quickly and the forest is breath taking, but admiring the view is next to impossible when all your attention needs to be on the trail in front of the bike. Sharp turns come out of nowhere, making a rider lean left and right as quickly as they can shift their weight. The handlebars barely clear the tree trunks in some areas and rocks stick through the hard dirt like scales protruding from a dragon's back. The descent is more than two minutes of high speed exhilaration that would leave even a seasoned rider's knuckles white and have the riders gasping for breath. The climb to the start of the trail is also breath taking, in a different sense, but it is well worth the effort. This trail has been expertly engineered for maximum thrills. It is easy to picture a roller coaster ride as a rider navigates the terrain and struggles to stay one step ahead of the twists and turns. Sweaty Palms: Bicyclist Go Down A Nearly Impossible Trail Called The Devil's Drop!

According to WBRZ-TV, arrest documents showed that Neveah was with her mother as Cardwell was getting ready for work. At some point the 2-year-old picked up her motherâ€™s contact lenses and Cardwell reportedly punched the child in the stomach, causing her to fall and strike her head on a cabinet. 
 
The documents then indicate that Cardwell picked up the child and was yelling at her. Gardner(Cardwell Boyfriend) told police that Neveah had a bruise on her forehead and that he then took Cardwell to work and when he returned with Neveah, she laid down and wouldnâ€™t eat and became unresponsive. Gardner was apparently watching two other young children at the home at the time. 
 
The documents said Gardner tried to revive Neveah but couldnâ€™t. He then put her body in a suitcase, drove the other two children with him to Mississippi and buried her in the woods. 
 
The autopsy said Neveah had multiple bruises on her face and head, along with swelling in her brain. The coroner noted that the marks on her face resembled handprints, along with bruises on her thighs and rear. 
 
The report also had the coroner noting that because she suffered brain trauma, â€œit cannot be ruled out that the victim was still alive at the time that Gardner placed her in the suitcase and suffocated to death." 
 
â€œOver the last several days, when we first received the call it was our highest priority to bring Neveah home," Chief Paul said. "It saddens me to have to stand here and hold a press conference to discuss the fact that this beautiful innocent angel is no longer with us." Posted by JR
