The city of Los Angeles has quite a quandary, it would cost millions of dollars to fix all of its broken sidewalks but it will also cost the city Millions if they don't fix them. Last year the city paid out nearly 20 million dollars to settle cases with people who were hurt or even killed because of our city street; that's four times more than any other year.
