45-year-old Manish Patel was sentenced Tuesday for spiking his pregnant girlfriend's drink with an abortion-inducing drug. The woman never drank the spiked beverage, but miscarried weeks later. Patel was sentenced in Outagamie County to 22 years behind bars and four-years extended supervision. Patel had been on the run since he was charged in 2007.
