Troopers with the Ohio State Patrol reported a reckless driver on southbound Interstate 71 near state Route 48 in Warren County. Troopers said that after pulling over the car, they approached the vehicle and a 51-year-old woman, a passenger, indicated to a trooper that she needed help. The woman is from Tiltonsville, Ohio. Officials said the driver of the car, identified as Tomas Gorman, of Lakeland, Florida, sped away with the woman still in the car, dragging a trooper a short distance as he fled. Posted By Persist
