Emanuel Augustus, previously known as Emanuel Ya'kov Burton, is an American former professional boxer who fought out of Brownsville, Texas. He faced top level competition throughout his career, winning the IBA light welterweight title in 2004.

Even though he was a skilled fighter he lost many fights, because the judges use to penalise and deduct points for dancing because they believed he was mocking the sport.
