A viral TikTok video has led to the arrest of a construction boss in Arizona. The owner of BPH Construction LLP, Brent Michael Hospelhorn, aged 46, was taken into custody following the incident. As reported by the New York Post, he is facing charges of intentional assault with physical injury. The incident occurred when Hospelhorn slapped a female worker who had refused to leave the construction site. He then verbally berated her, telling her to immediately exit the premises using derogatory language, saying, "get the f-ck out of my building right now, f�ing b�ch." When other workers intervened to support the woman, Hospelhorn blamed her and labeled her a "worthless piece of s�t."
