A Los Angeles County Sheriff’s deputy has been placed on administrative leave after a shocking video shows him appearing to shrug off an emergency call as he sat in his patrol cruiser.
The seemingly incriminating footage shows deputy Jeremy Fennell, 26, recording a video in what appears to be an attempt to reconcile with a significant other. The dispatcher is then heard calling in a report of an incident involving a gunman.
