Catherine St. Germain, 34, from Loveland, Colorado, detailed the harrowing incident in a Facebook video in the hopes that her family's suffering will help other parents to avoid going through the same awful experience.

In the video, which has been viewed more than 48.7 million times in just five days, Catherine reveals how she discovered from the police that her Navy Veteran husband, Aaron Tyrell Scott, had sexually abused her then-15-year-old daughter Alyssa, less than one year after they had married.
