DESCRIPTION
Quae says Overland Park Regional Medical Center denied his wife Nisha medical care while she was actively having seizures, all because he filed a complaint against the hospital after she was discharged and found in a puddle on the side of the road. Video shows her seizing on the floor while staff stands back and security escorts them out. Healthcare workers online are questioning if it was a real seizure or a psychogenic episode, but the family says she had six seizures that morning.
