Shirtless Man Violently Attacks Random People With A Pipe Outside Denver Mall!

The suspect seen in the video, later identified as 32-year-old Clarence Seeley, was taken into custody for aggravated assault, according to Denver Police. The incident was reported at 6:07 p.m. by a witness. DPD says officers were on-scene within three minutes. When police arrived on the scene, Seeley dropped the pipe, and officers arrested him without incident. Seeley is seen hitting two people with a large PVC pipe while screaming at them and others.
